I’m Dr. Emad Ragab, and for more than three decades I’ve had the privilege of turning visions into thriving communities. My journey began as a civil engineer in Cairo, navigating the challenges of mega-projects, and evolved into founding and growing real estate ventures that have delivered homes—and futures—to thousands of families in Egypt and Turkey.
